GRAND CANYON AVENUE

Right around the corner from our own house, there is a piece of property that has two little houses on it. In Flagstaff, there is a provision in the code that if both houses are deemed single family, you can divide the parcel-- no matter how small it may be. We are investigating just how tricky it's going to be to make the division and then to reconstruct and expand the back house to make a brand new cozy modern cottage.
